List of tax debtors

As the competent authority pursuant to Section 4(1) of Act No. 563/2009 Coll. on the Administration of Taxes (Tax Code) and on amendments to certain acts, as amended, and applying Section 52(2) and (4) of the Tax Code, the City of Žilina hereby publishes on its website a list of tax debtors as of 31 December of the previous year whose total tax arrears exceeded EUR 160 in the case of a natural person and EUR 1,600 in the case of a legal entity. The list of tax debtors also includes tax entities in bankruptcy whose arrears, under the applicable legislation, are not enforceable by execution, and the amount of proportional satisfaction of the creditor is decided by the competent district court. Tax debtors who settle their tax obligations towards the City of Žilina will be removed from the list.

Mesto - City of the debtor's address
